This villa is a rustic luxury villa. Carefully selected details are imbued with rustic elegance and modern minimalism in combination with coordinated colours and contemporary appliances. The villa is located on a plot of 1300 square meters, while the interior space occupies 300 square meters. A total of four modern bedrooms are available to guests, each with its own bathroom to further enhance privacy and comfort. An additional bedroom for two people is in a renovated additional building, a former stable, which makes the capacity of the villa ideal for 10 people. If necessary, it is possible to accommodate two additional people in one of the rooms in main house, which has two double beds. The terrace with the pool is meticulously decorated and bordered by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. During your stay, an eco-garden with a handful of seasonal vegetables and herbs is at your disposal. The villa is situated in the small village of Radetići, the heart of Istria and the municipality of Tinjan, at an altitude of 287 meters above sea level. The place is full of greenery, vineyards and cultivated fields, and there are also a handful of wineries and taverns. The village of Radetići is in close proximity to major tourist cities such as Pula, Rovinj, Pazin and Poreč, which gives this quiet location an additional advantage. A handful of natural and cultural attractions is one of the main features of the centre of Istria, and it is certainly important to mention the rich gastronomic offer. In addition to tasting high-quality local wines, be sure to try Istrian prosciutto, which is truly the top delicacy of this region.
