Property information

This big holiday house (2 floors) next to the sea consists of 4 stand-alone apartments, 4 double rooms, 2 big terraces, and several balconies. Each unit has its own bathroom, air conditioning & TV. The house is located 150 meters from the beach. You can access the beach from the garden by a walkway through a small patch of forest. !!!The visitor's tax has to be paid at the check-in!!! Additional bed on request for an extra fee (subject to availability). Breakfast can be provided on request if the owners are there (main season) for an additional fee. A normal parking space is included. On request, you can book a parking space under a roof for an extra fee (subject to availability).

Neighbourhood information

Vidikovac is situated 28 km south of Rieka not far from Crikvenica in the Kvarner Gulf. Supermarkets are available closeby around the year. Other shops and restaurants in Jadranovo are opened seasonally, in Crikvenica also around the year.
