Charming and spacious apartment with a roofed terrace with a sea view in a house with lush Mediterranean garden and enclosed parking space, which ensures an intimate, secure and private stay. The house with garden consists of two entirely separated apartments one of which is occasionally used by the owner. The house is 300 meters away from the beach, 600 meters away from the centre of Selce and 350 meters away from the shopping mall.

The house is excellently placed very close to the main attractions in Selce, having at the same time easy access to the Selce's main roads.
