In the beautiful garden in front of the house is located a newly built pool 32 m2 with sun umbrellas and deckchairs, where you can relax.The ground floor consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bathroom with tub and washing machine, and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The bedrooms are located on the first floor; A double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. Two aditional sleap places are available in livingroom as a sofabeds. It also has air conditioning, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. The house has a large garden with private parking. Within 10 car minutes the first beaches and Porec city are reachable. Poreč and Istria have almost a century of experience in hospitality and top tourist offer.
