The elegant villa Ema is located in the heart of picturesque Privlaka, more precisely, in the small town of Sabunike, 5 minutes from Nin. This fully equipped, newly renovated villa offers its guests an unforgettable stay near some of the most beautiful pearls of Croatia, such as national parks Krka, Plitvice Lakes, and Kornati or National Park Paklenica, the most important climbing center in Croatia, located 1 hour away by car. If guests want to try windsurfing they can visit the sailing school in nice Nin, which is only a few minutes drive away from the villa, and Zadar is a great idea for an evening tour of a city with a rich cultural heritage. The house has complete privacy and peace thanks to a quiet residential area and a covered terrace with a living room and guests can relax in the comfort of a fenced yard with a private swimming pool. In addition, in the villa guests have at their disposal equipment for a wood-burning barbecue, a table for table tennis, darts, a small gym, and a Finnish sauna. The villa has two floors and three bedrooms that have a TV and air conditioning and can host up to eight people. It extends to a beautiful dining room/living room, a kitchen where guests have cooking and eating utensils, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet, and a wonderful covered terrace on which you can enjoy the outdoor pool and evening gatherings with Croatian traditional delicacies. Only 300 meters from the villa are sandy beaches, as well as everything guests may need - cafes, restaurants, and shops.
