The two apartments share the same front door but feature private entrances with key card access for each unit. Both apartments were completely renovated in 2018 and offer modern amenities. Each unit includes a fully equipped private bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. The kitchens are outfitted with an induction stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The "Superior Studio with Balcony" boasts a private balcony, while the "Superior Apartment" does not. Both apartments are located on the 1st floor of a residential building (2 flights of stairs; no elevator). While the exterior of the building may appear dated, don't be discouraged—the interiors are fresh and offer lovely views.
