Interior of your holiday home consists of 2 cozy bedrooms, a charming living/dining area with fully equipped open plan kitchen, a modern bathroom and an additional toilet. There is also a private garage provided for the guests. Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and beaches are all reachable in a short walking distance. - One well behaved pet is allowed upon a previous request for a surcharge of 10 euro per night - The owners of this holiday home accept one well behaved pet upon request, for a fee of 10 EUR/night, payable in cash on site. - Due to unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.

Proximity to Velebit mountain with its parks, caves, paths and bike routes makes this area attractive for those who search for an active vacation. The historic center of Zadar is half an hour drive away. Within a radius of 100 km you can visit national parks Plitvice Lakes and Krka waterfalls. Boat excursions to Kornati islands NP are organized on daily basis, departing from Zadar.
