The property has a private parking and a huge terrace in front of the house too. The house comes with two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Close proximity to the border with Slovenia and Italy. Nearby there is a nice restaurants which offer various local Istrian food, local wineries, beautiful hills for walking and cycling. Very peaceful and beautiful place for complete enjoyment

Momjan is a beautiful place at 270 meters above sea level, a town located only 18 kilometers from the Umag and Novigrad Rivieras, rich in history and beautiful natural beauty, land extremely suitable for growing grapes, olives and fruit trees. Momjan is divided into Upper and Lower Momjan, and in Lower there is a 22-meter high bell tower and the church of St. Martin built in the 15th century. On the western side of the church, on the rock, are the remains of an old castle to which important events from the past of northern Istria are connected. In the vineyards, in addition to Malvasia, high-quality Momjan Muscat is produced, a famous and appreciated drink even at the courts of Italy and Vienna.
