Vila Fenč is situated in one of the most iconic parts of Primošten — its historic old town core, located on a charming peninsula and surrounded by traditional stone houses. This area is one of the most attractive destinations for visitors, offering the full charm of an authentic Dalmatian town.
Stroll through narrow cobblestone streets, admire the tightly clustered stone homes, and enjoy the lively waterfront lined with restaurants, cafés, and bars. At the heart of the peninsula stands the Church of St. George (Sv. Juraj), a recognizable symbol of Primošten and a must-see for every guest.
Primošten is also famous for its stunning pebble beaches, which stretch along nearly the entire town. Within walking distance, you’ll find over 2 kilometers of well-maintained beaches nestled among pine trees, enriched with various sports and leisure facilities, ideal for families, couples, and active travelers alike.
