Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Rooms Villa Adriatic enjoys an elevated position in Mlini, about 7 km from Dubrovnik's centre. Various beaches can be reached within a 5- to 10-minute walk. It offers free WiFi and free parking. All rooms in the Villa Adriatic have an en-suite bathroom and are air-conditioned. Most of them also feature a sea-view balcony. The bus stop for the line to Cavtat and Dubrovnik is only a 2-minute walk away from the Rooms Villa Adriatic. Shops, post & bank offices (ATM's), cafés and restaurants can be found in 2-10 minutes of walk from the property.
