Istrabook is a local travel agency owned by Ferien Adriatic j.d.o.o., which specializes in renting high quality private villas with swimming pools and Apartments . We work directly with the villa owners to ensure the best service and value for our clients. Our job is to ensure our guests have a completely relaxing holiday. We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our customers with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and they all have permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area near the sea and just a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of this holiday home allows for relaxation but also offers various activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding, and much more. The villa has four well-equipped bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The stylishly decorated ground floor consists of a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, where there are three more comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. All bedrooms have double beds and direct access to their own balconies, providing an additional private spot to enjoy the beautiful sea view. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, perfect for warm sunny days. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the nearest beach in the bay is just 100 m from the villa. Mukalba Beach is 300 m away, and Medulin Beach is about 1.5 km. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen behind the house, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and a ping pong table for fun with family and friends. Outside the house, there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill. Private parking is available on a fully fenced property. The well-known seaside resort of Medulin is located on the southern tip of Istria with a beautifully indented, long coast and is also surrounded by a chain of small islands. The 1 km gently sloping sandy beach Bijeca is said to be the most beautiful beach in all of Istria, particularly suitable for families with children. Right next to the palm-lined promenade are the two amusement parks Family Park and Luna Park. The promenade is a crowd puller, especially in the evening hours .
