Villa Anitea and apartments Anitea are family owned houses located in the antic city of Pula. The houses are relatively new and equiped with majority of amenities that will make you feel right at home. Villa Anitea is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Veruda Porat which is located closely to the most popular city beaches and a marina. Apartments Anitea are located in the city centre just 300 m walk from Roman amphiteatre and all the cities most important monuments. The locations of the houses are carefully chosen to match every need of our guests. In the very near proximity you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacys , bakery s, bus stations, sports grounds , parks for children...

Neighbourhood belongs in one of the upper class parts of city of Pula. As such it is very safe and pleasant. Be advised that there are 2 security cameras on the property, one is overlooking front yard and the second is in the backyard. Cameras are here for both yours and our safety, but we can always turn them off on your demand and responsibillity.
