For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the private wellness area with a separate shower, sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals, comfortably seats 8 and is equipped with a gas BBQ for unforgettable evenings under the stars. With four dedicated parking spaces and underfloor heating throughout the villa, every detail is carefully considered for maximum comfort and convenience. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy for you and your loved ones. There is also electric vehicle charging station.
