The beautiful Villa Aurelia is located in the town of Pajkovići, approximately 2 km from the beautiful and historic town of Svetvinčenat, which is famous for the medieval castle Morosini Grimani. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and the remaining two are on the first floor of the house. Also, the bedrooms on the first floor have access to the balcony, which is ideal for relaxing before going to bed. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet, and a living room with a view of the outside and the pool. You will have complete privacy in the yard of the house. In the center there is a swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor dining area and a fireplace. A special charm is provided by the vines that stretch above the dining room and that provide true Istrian charm. Also, in the house next to the pool there is an area intended for social gatherings where you have a table, a fireplace and a small kitchen with basic utensils, and a TV.
