 The name IstriaLux combines the region we love with the term “lux” - for us, luxury is not about material opulence but a unique experience that creates lasting memories.

Villa Aurelia is located in the small village of Pajkovići, about 2 km from the historic and charming town of Svetvinčenat, famous for the medieval castle Morosini-Grimani. The villa features three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, with the upper rooms having access to a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a WC, and a living room with a view of the outdoor area and the pool. The courtyard offers complete privacy, with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. A special charm is provided by the grapevine-covered terrace, adding an authentic Istrian touch. Next to the pool, there is also a lounge area with a table, fireplace, small kitchen, basic utensils, and TV.

For nature and activity lovers, there are many cycling and hiking trails through unspoiled landscapes and local wine roads. Nearby are popular towns like Bale, Rovinj, and Pula—perfect for day trips. Visit local wineries and enjoy tastings of authentic Istrian wines and culinary specialties. For beach lovers, the nearest ones are only a 20-minute drive away.
