Villa Crystal is located in Žikovići, a small village not far from Poreč and about 11 km from the first beaches. Shops, restaurants and other facilities are located in Višnjan, cca 5 km away, and a typical Istrian tavern is only 2 km from the villa. This house is located in a very quiet location on a fenced property of 630 m2 where guests have access to a 24 m2 saltwater pool around which guests have a deck chairs, a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue, a well-kept garden with flowers and a covered private parking lot for two cars. It offers accommodation for 4-5 persons with 140m2 of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a nice furnished living room, a modern kitchen with access to a covered terrace and garden, and a bathroom with a shower.
