The house has two floors, the accomodation is on the ground floor with beautiful sea view and big yard. Stone grill, covered terrace, sunbathing area and big new pool are exclusive for guests private using. For comfort and the quality of service the accomodation is divided on two accomodation units, each with own full equipment kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms. Each accomodation unit has a separate entrance. It is ideal for big family or smaller group of friends. Privacy and peace are guaranteed because the accomodation is always just for only one guests and all content is at their disposal. The owner is always available in case of need. He is located on the top floor of the house with separate entrance.
My name is Damir,I'm 45 years old. I live in a small village Linardići, island Krk, Croatia. I'm married and have two children. We live in a family house.We are engaged in tourism and we have two holiday homes with swimming pools,and two apartment with swiming
