It provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Villa DEA is situated on a plot of 524 m², over two floors, and features a private heated pool that can be heated up to 28 degrees Celsius. The outdoor terrace is equipped with an olive tree, oleander, and lighting, offering a splendid environment for relaxation and sunbathing. Guests can also utilize the ironing board, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and coffee maker. There is parking available for up to 5 cars. The first and second floors of this luxury villa are designed as an oasis of sleep and relaxation. There are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a double bed. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished and equipped with a smart TV and independent air conditioning. Large sliding glass doors connect the outdoor terrace with the interior of the ground floor of the villa. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed living room with a sofa, satellite QLED smart TV, and SONOS Wi-Fi speakers.
