A new family owned villa located in the quiet village near Medulin. Villa is private and owners do not live here it comes with big outside swimming pool , and you have at your disposal parking and garage (2cars) . Beaches are only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Restaurants and shop, bars are all in 200m radius and reacheable 3-5 minutes on foot.
I leave with my husband and 2 little children in Pula, just 7 km from the house in Sisan.
In the neighborhoods there is a small hotel with a great a la cart restaurant. In the center of the village there are 2 groceries shops and 2 pizzerias.
