There is also a summer kitchen for preparing barbecue meals, while children can safely enjoy the spacious yard. Additionally, the yard features a cornhole game, a fun activity for all ages that will enhance your stay.

From Žminj, you can easily explore the gems of Istria: picturesque Rovinj with its beautiful beaches is about a 25-minute drive, historic Pula with its Arena is around 33 km away, and charming Poreč is approximately 33 km from the villa.
