The villa is set on a large 3,800 m² plot, perfect for families. The outdoor area includes a volleyball or badminton net. You can also enjoy table tennis and table football for fun-filled afternoons. The private heated pool is a highlight, with 8 sunbeds and 4 sun umbrellas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There is also awning under 4 sunbeds. For outdoor dining, there is a gas BBQ and a lovely dining area where you can enjoy meals with your family or friends. In basement of the house there is a dining area for 8 people with additional kitchen and outdoor terrace. Covered parking is also available for 2 cars.
