Villa Francesca is a newborn beauty located near Buje, in the town of Kaštel. It is isolated from traffic and summer crowds and within easy reach of all attractions such as the sea, towns on the coast and the interior of Istria.
Created by combination of traditional Istrian style with modern and luxurious details, it will give you a special experience of Istria and all the beauty it offers.
On the ground floor of the house there is an open concept with a living room, dining room and kitchen with a bar and a separate toilet. From the kitchen and dining room there is access to the terrace where there is garden furniture and a barbecue, and they are connected to the garden where there is a swimming pool with a shallow and a deep part. The shallow part of the pool is for sunbathing in the water and children play, while the deep part is for swimming and all other activities. The water in the pool is salty and there is also the option of heating the water on cold days. There are two rooms on the first floor of the house, which also have an open concept room and bathroom. This concept will provide you with unforgettable vacation experiences as well as complete freedom and at the same time privacy. The balcony from the room offers a view of Buje and magical sunsets.
Each room has its own toilet. On the first floor there is also a separate room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
We also offer the possibility of breakfast delivery at the agreed time. The price per person is 12 euros.
