Villa Ivy is a spectacular beachfront property ingeniously designed directly on the water’s edge. Constructed on three levels the villa is an outstanding example of modern European architecture. The Villa is luxurious and elegant and has been designed and built using the best of everything, from the spectacular lighting fixtures to the finest stone sinks, beautiful fabrics, and contemporary furnishings. Carefully thought out by an interior designer, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. Built as a family home, a reflection of modern family attitudes, it has large and incredibly light and airy rooms opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living. Created using the finest white Brac stone as seen on the American White House, Villa Ivy is one of the few villas given a 5-star categorization by the Croatian tourist board. Serviced daily with the Concierge On Call, this is a property in which guests can truly relax and are looked after from the moment they arrive.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the spectacular Croatian Coastline. There are a few small beaches within the bay itself with many more in nearby coves. The villa has its own beach, but if you wish to explore other beaches, you will find one only 100 meters away (direction south - beach named Kartolina). There are numerous small fishing harbors to explore on the island plus several inland villages. Each has its own attractive character The closest restaurant is roughly 100 meters away. It is a small family restaurant which is only open during the summer. It also delivers food to the villa if required. There are several restaurants in Sumartin which are approximately 1 km away at the other side of the bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 20 minutes that are only accessible by boat. There are a number of restaurants in nearby villages with the largest concentration in the town of Bol which is approximately 20 km away.
