It was built in the traditional Dalmatian style and fits harmoniously into the natural environment. The impressive and modern interior offers plenty of comfort. While the living room on the ground floor leads directly to the fenced garden with a swimming pool and children's playground, the bedrooms are located upstairs. In addition to the children's playground, there is a swing and a trampoline at your disposal. This villa has a living area of 140 m2, consists of 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). It offers space for up to 8 people. Upstairs there are 3 double rooms and 1 room with two separate beds. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, which are fully air-conditioned. In front of the house there is a terrace with a private pool and deckchairs. Since the holiday home is located near the town of Omiš and the Cetina River, it is recommended to experience adrenaline sports such as rafting and zipline. In addition to various summer cultural events in the city of Omiš, you can take a nice swim on the beautiful sandy beach in the city center or on the popular pebble beach in the Brzet district. Omiš is a city in the heart of Dalmatia, at the mouth of the Cetina River. It is located 21 km southeast of Split, the largest Dalmatian city. Omiš is a city of rich culture, with a typical old town center decorated in Venetian style. It is one of the few towns in this area that has a sandy beach thanks to the Cetina Forest. During the summer months, the Dalmatian Klapa Festival is held in the city, as well as a show in honor of the Omicidian pirates. In the Cetina bay itself, you can hire a boat with a dolphin that will take you to the river to nearby restaurants with a traditional gastronomic offer. If you are a fan of adrenaline sports, the zip-line is a must-see.
