Property information

Privacy More than ample space – only 10 guests on over 1800 sq M of green oasis! Traditional stone Villa in the olive grow. In order to offer our valuable guests the utmost relaxing experience amongst birds and Mediterranean vegetation we unfortunately can not accept kids under age of 12. We are the ONLY property offering so much private space on estate so big. Others offer more rooms and less private space, offering different experience. Sun beds are more than 10 M away from each other ( pairs or families can normally sit together ) while others are still far away. You can always find a shade - either under sun umbrella or big trees. Separate entrance for all apartments. Free parking. Separate entry for the house owners residing on the property. 24 hours presence of the house attendants. Multilingual staff. Comply with all C-19 health regulations

Neighbourhood information

One of the best areas of the town Krk with the best view over the harbor and Cathedral. Clean environment. Larger plots of land, no buildings with more than 6 apartments close by.
