تقع Villa Lavanda في مدينة كريس القديمة، على بُعد 100 متر فقط من أقرب شاطئ مرصوف بالحصى وعلى بُعد 200 متر من وسط المدينة. ويضم مكان الإقامة حانة حيث يمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بالأطباق المحلية محلية الصنع. تتوفر خدمة الواي فاي مجانًا وتراس للتشمس تحت تصرف الضيوف.
تحتوي جميع الغرف على تلفزيون مع قنوات فضائية وثلاجة صغيرة وحمام خاص مع دُش ومجفف للشعر. وتحتوي بعض الغرف على شرفة مفروشة تطل على البحر. يتوفر موقف سيارات مجاني خاص في الموقع.
يمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بمختلف الأنشطة في الهواء الطلق. يمكن الوصول إلى الكنائس العديدة والأديرة والمعالم الثقافية في غضون 20 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام. يوفر ممشى طوله 3 كم على شاطئ البحر العديد من الشواطئ.
ويتوفر الإفطار كل صباح. تقدم الحانة في الموقع لحوم الضأن والمأكولات البحرية الطازجة. يقع محل بقالة على بُعد 100 متر من Lavanda.
تبعُد عبارة فالبيسكا مسافة 12 كم عن مكان الإقامة. يمكن الوصول إلى رييكا بمركب ثنائي. يبعُد مطار كرك مسافة 50 كم عن Villa Lavanda.
