The air-conditioned accommodation has recently been completely renovated and refurbished, and offers many amenities: a Finnish bio sauna with a relaxation area, a heated seasonal outdoor pool with a shower, a sun terrace with sun loungers, a covered terrace with a seating area and barbecue facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with a café-barista bar, electric darts, and much more. The house offers plenty of space for 8 (max. 12) adults and is family-friendly. All four bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor. Three of the rooms have a south-facing balcony with sea views, and the windows and balcony doors are equipped with shutters and some also have fly screens. The 30 sq m family room sleeps a total of 6 (2 + 2 + 2). The spacious entrance area on the ground floor, with a coat rack and pellet stove, leads to the attractively furnished living room, which features a comfortable couch and entertainment systems (flatscreen TV, Smart TV, streaming services, satellite TV, Echo sound system, free Wi-Fi). The fully equipped kitchen is sure to satisfy all your needs. A beautiful, rustic oak table, handcrafted in Croatia, comfortably seats all guests. From here, it's just a step to the lovely terrace with a seating area and a large gas grill. A roofable pavilion offers you either sun or shade. In the evening, you can relax and unwind at the end of the day with atmospheric lighting (patio heater). Enjoy peace and relaxation in the beautiful pool area with a solar-heated outdoor shower and sun loungers. Note: Supplies for babies/toddlers are provided free of charge upon request!

Our house "Villa Leca" is located on a village street in the mountainous hinterland of Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica. The way to both places, to the beach and to the hustle and bustle, only takes a few minutes by car. The closest town, Bribir, 3km away, offers a few cafés, two smaller supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office, an ATM, a playground and is mainly typical of the country. It's worth a quick visit to perhaps talk to locals and experience the Croatian "Dolce Vita" with a slight touch of the Yugos era over a café, beer or "Gemišt" (wine spritzer) at reasonable prices. There are numerous excursion destinations available to you around Bribir, either on foot, by bike or by car/motorcycle. Many guests not only visit the nearby beaches (pebble and stone beaches with bathing plateaus, sandy beach, dog beach, nudist) and the sea (3km as the crow flies, 7km by car), but also go fishing (Tribalj Jezera), hiking and caves in the hinterland exploring or cycling, visiting the Velebit Mountains or the national parks (Risnjak, Plitvicka Jezera), the island of Krk or the dissimilar but interesting neighboring towns of Rijeka and Opatija. There are also small but worthwhile sights in the immediate vicinity, such as Stari Grad Ledenice, which offers a breathtaking view over the Crikvenica Riviera towards Krk, especially in the evening hours during sunset, or the town of Senj with the fortress and the castle museum . Crikvenica itself has the opportunity to visit a small aquarium. Various boat tours can be booked at the marina. Basically, there are many interesting places on the Crikvenica Riviera that would be worth visiting. A tip for adventurous people who don't just want to spend their vacation on the beach: Croatia is MORE than just the sea!
