Villa Macan is a charming rustic holiday home located in the village of Pusti, near Svetvinčenat. This picturesque hamlet, with only a handful of residents, offers a unique sense of privacy and authentic Istrian atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a very comfortable sofa set, while the natural stone walls create a special ambience and warmth. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A covered 30 m² terrace with high-quality garden furniture is ideal for relaxation and al fresco dining, while the private 35 m² pool provides refreshment and fun, especially with a waterslide perfect for children. The outdoor area includes a paved courtyard, sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area, making your stay both relaxing and enjoyable for all ages.

In the immediate surroundings, you can explore picturesque Istrian villages, local wineries and olive groves, and indulge in authentic gastronomy. The charming town of Svetvinčenat is just a few minutes away, while Rovinj and Bale can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The villa’s location allows easy access to popular tourist destinations along the coast.
