Villa Maria is a charming old Istrian house located in the heart of Tar, right next to the bell tower and the old town center. This authentic stone house, carefully renovated with attention to detail, offers the perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort, making it ideal for a peaceful family vacation or a relaxing getaway with friends. The house can accommodate 4 to 5 people and provides complete privacy, featuring a spacious 530 m² garden and a private pool surrounded by greenery. Guests can enjoy private parking and a covered terrace, perfect for having breakfast, coffee, or evening gatherings with a glass of wine. A special benefit for all guests is free access to the beaches of the Lanterna tourist resort throughout their stay, where beautiful pebble and rocky coves and numerous amenities await. Villa Maria is intended exclusively for families and guests seeking peace and relaxation, therefore reservations are not allowed for groups of young people or for bachelor, bachelorette, or any other types of parties
