The property Villa Marica is the newly refurbished house where my mother established "Pansion Marica" in 1972. We are honoring 50 years of family tradition in hospitality with renewed Villa Marica. Villa is 5 minute's walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches. Only one apartment on each floor of 100 m2 with extremely big terraces and sunchairs. The apartment on the first floor has one double room and one single room with 2 extra beds plus 1 extra bed in living room. The apartment in the basement has one double room with an extra bed and 2 extra beds in the living room. Villa has a big green garden and private free parking. Each apartment has working space and quality Wi-Fi. Possibility to rent the whole House.
We are delighted to welcome travelers such as ourselves and offer them high - quality accommodation. We strive to quality of service and wish you feel like at home. We are experienced hosts already managing Bonihome apartments in Punat and Relax Village Home Mare in Krk for many years. Villa Marica is also managed by Bonihome (Boni-home) as well as to enrich and improve your experience on our island. Our Family is specialist in organizing experiences at the island Krk and we are staying at your disposal for any information or advice. We wish you relaxing, exciting and memorable holidays!
It is a quiet, green and clean neighborhood, with privately owned Houses. Although the House is practically in the center, huge garden with almost 1000 m2 plot guarantee relax and privacy. Villa Marica by Bonihome is 5 min walk to the center and beaches and supermarket are on 10 minutes walking distance. In the house, there are only 2 spacious and luxury equipped apartments.
