Set in the centre of Rovinj's Old Town, only 20 metres away from the promenade along the Adriatic Sea, Apartments Villa Markiz offers luxurious, air-conditioned apartments and free Wi-Fi. All the apartments are equipped with flat-screen cable or satellite TV, kitchen and elegant furnishing. Some of the apartments have balconies on the back side of the house and Duplex sea view apartment has a balcony facing the sea. One bedroom apartment has no balcony. Guests can visit the Baroque church St. Euphemia's Basilica, which is 200 metres away. In the neighbourhood there are numerous restaurants and bars serving Istrian and international cuisine. The nearest beach is 100 metres from Villa Markiz Apartments. The public bus station is 500 metres away.
