Total Privacy! This is the one word that defines this unique property. There are many villas in Istria, but no other place like this: you are 2 km away from the city center and from the seaside, yet you can experience such a complete and unique privacy that will make it look like you are in a world of your own! Whether you want to party all night, or you wanna swim in the largest pool in a 20 km radius, completely naked, you can do so, as you won’t see anyone around!! No better place in Istria!
Just There's no Place like this one in the entire northern part of Istria: There's no other building in the pictures, not becasue i didn't want them to portray it, but because there are no buildings whatsoever around you!
