Villa Nikandra is a hidden gem. It stands out from other villas as it offers complete intimacy and privacy just 9 km from the heart of oldtown of Split and Diocletian's Palace. The villa is designed by a famous Split's architect by the owner's wishes to offer a unique and stylish space you can enjoy. It is situated on a parcel the owner searched for years so there is nothing except green area with beautiful olive trees in front of it. 400m2 of indoor space on a 800m2 land area offer you all you need for a perfect stay.
Host is available throughout your stay for any help and guidance by a phone call, text or in person if needed.
The area is very green and peaceful surrounded by beautiful mountains and a river yet 5 min of car drive from first beaches and just 15 min of car drive to Split's oldtown where you can enjoy best clubs and partying. In the nearby vicinity you can go golfing, fishing, karting etc.
