Likewise, the villa is 800 metres from the sandy Kraljičina beach, where both children and adults will enjoy swimming and having fun until sunset. The villa was built in a contemporary construction style, is fully air-conditioned and offers 250 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 730 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with a double bed. One room is on the ground floor, and the remaining three are on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is also a large terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. On the ground floor there is a living room where you can relax on a spacious corner sofa, using a coffee table and watching TV. Right next to the sofa there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people.
