This area is famous for its quality wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing private swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in a short 35 minute drive and the nearest beach, located in Karin, is only 10 km away. Interior of your holiday home consists of 2 amazing fully equipped apartments (rented together as one unit). In total there are 4 lovely bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, 2 spacious living/dining areas, 2 kitchens and 2 covered terraces with spectacular views of the surrounding nature. Each terrace has its own barbecue facilities and a dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals outside. Living rooms are both equipped with a double sofa bed, making villa Pezer a perfect accommodation for 2 families or a group of up to 10 responsible adults. Outside, in your charming fenced garden you will find your private heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and plenty of gated private parking space. - One pet is allowed with a previous notice for a fee of 10 EUR/day, payable in cash on site. - The swimming pool is open from 05.04. until 31.10.

The nearest grocery store is located 800 meters away, while restaurants, large supermarkets, an open market with fresh vegetables can be found in Benkovac, 2-3 km away. Accesses to the nearby highway makes this area well connected. Both Zadar and Sibenik can be visited in a half an hour drive, same as Biograd, a well known tourist destination located on the coast. This makes villa Pezer an ideal base from which you can explore the rest of this wonderful region.
