Just 100 metres from the pebbly beach and 500 metres from the centre of Petrčane, Apartments Villa Pino offers air-conditioned apartments with free WiFi and a balcony or a terrace. It is 13 km from the historic centre of Zadar. Free private parking, a paddle boat and a kayak are at guests' disposal free of charge. All apartments comprise a flat-screen satellite TV and a seating area, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are also included. Guests of the Villa can relax in the outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi and deck chairs in the courtyyard. On the beach below the apartment, guests can use our pedal boat and kayaks for free. The villa has a private parking area and a PLAY/GAME Room with Play Station 4 with games, darts, table football and board games for children.
I'm Antonia, owner of Villa Pino. This is our family business, and since we live in a house to apartment, we are always available to our guests. Cleanliness of the apartment is one of the most important factors in the apartment, so I personally take part in the cleaning and i am always checking the apartment before new guests enter.
Villa Pino is located just 100 meters from the beach in the elite part of Petrcane - Punta Radman. What makes our apartments ideal for your holidays is close communion with nature: sandy and pebble beaches, fragrant pine trees, crystal clear sea and local products. Various restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery stores are nearby. For those who like recreational running, walking and cycling, an illuminated 10 km long promenade is available. We invite you to spend your holidays in a peaceful, local community full of Mediterranean flavours. Our guests rated our apartments with a high score (9.7/10) and most of them return almost every year.
