One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, and the others are on the upper floor, where you have a terrace where the jacuzzi is located and from which you will enjoy the peace and view of the sea that stretches in front of this luxurious beauty. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and yard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 50m2. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. Inside the fully fenced yard is a beautiful green lawn. 4 parking spaces are available inside the yard.
