About this property
Featuring air conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, Villa Ruza is located on Lapad Bay’s main car-free area, just 200 metres from the popular Lapad Beach and promenade. It offers a restaurant with a terrace facing the car-free zone. Rooms here have an en suite bathroom and a small fridge. Some have their own private balcony. Tennis courts, souvenir shops and a children's playground can be found nearby, and different boat and bus excursions are offered in the town. Lapad Bay still has well-preserved, unspoiled nature, which is easily reachable from Villa Ruza. Just 150 metres away from Ruza Villa, you can find plenty of cafés, patisseries and a shopping centre. Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town is 10 minutes away by bus or a 30-minute walk away. Airport transfer is available at an extra charge and upon request.
