Our business idea was created through our many years of experience and family tradition in tourism. Villa Tiki is the ideal choice for guests who have a large family or want to travel with many friends. The villa offers 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and has capacity for up to 16 people. Villa Tiki is only 1km from the nearest sandy beach and is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and bars. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped so that you don't miss anything on vacation. On the upper floor there are 5 cozy bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. On the ground floor there are another 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a bathtub. Villa Tiki also offers a sauna for guest who wants to relax in the house. The outdoor area of the villa features a private pool and a children's playground & also a trampoline. The pool also offers heating which is free of charge. In the garden there is a gas grill where you can spend fun evenings with family and friends. Villa Tiki is located in the famous tourist town of Medulin. The former fishing village, Medulin is now a popular tourist destination, widely known for its variety of rocky, pebble and sandy beaches. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, as well as for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but at the same time be close to the center of entertainment. Sports and adventure enthusiasts have a very wide variety of summer and water sports activities available, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding, hunting and scenic flights more inland. Medulin offers a rich selection of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes along its promenade, plus the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away.
