This fully self-sustainable, off-grid house uses renewable energy through solar panels and, although it is secluded from civilization, it offers everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. This unique house, with a living space of 56 m², offers a luxurious retreat in the heart of untouched nature, where total privacy, tranquility, and modern comfort blend in perfect harmony. Overlooking turquoise waters, olive groves, and pine forests, Villa Zora fits seamlessly into its surroundings with a combination of natural stone and glass, providing an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere with a touch of contemporary design. Its exclusive location just meters from the sea allows you to literally step from the house into the water – whether for a morning swim, fishing from the terrace, or relaxing on the sun deck next to the private concrete dock with built-in steps for direct sea access. The house features two air-conditioned bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower.
