Modern stílusosan berendezett magasföldszinti 40 m2 lakás, néhány perc sétára a városköztpontól, nevezetességektől, a vasút és buszpályaudvartól. Számos étterem, cukrászda, kávézó, élelmiszerbolt a belvárosi piac és egy nagy park is rövid sétára találhatóak. A tágas szobában két dupla ágy található amely igény szerint összecsukható. Ezenkívül ebédlőasztal, kávézó-teázó asztal, laptop-íróasztal található.
