The building was built in 2022 with flats of high quality, which is in the center of District 11, 800m to the Kelenfold railway station, 200m from Bikás Park station of metro line M4, 200m from the stop of bus 7, and 150m from the Bikás Park M station of tramline 1, so the Budapest center could be easily reached. The apartment could be easily reached by car. Guests can park in a separate slot in the building's underground parking garage. From the airport, guests could take either taxis or public transport (Airport Express 100E to Kálvin Square, then Metroline 4 to Bikás Park).
The appartment has a view to Bikas park. There are several restaurants near the appartment (within the walking distance).
