Our accommodation in the Balaton-Uplands is surrounded by nature and vineyards, therefore it is quiet, tranquil and relaxing. Get out of the fast-paced everyday life and recharge with us. The small house and the huge garden is comfortable, children can be truly free. The nearby settlements and nature make exceptionally diverse cultural, culinary and outdoor programs possible, even outside the high season. In summer beaches, markets, and festivals might spice up your stay. Food service available nearby. Our nearly 200-year-old rural, historic press house can be reached by an unpaved road. The building is equipped with modern comforts, making it a four-star accommodation. The house consists of one double bedroom and one bedroom with tree beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room - on two floors. A private parking space is available close to the house (however, the last 70-meter track has to be covered on foot (free fitness service :-)). The garden has a seating area (with garden shower), a summer kitchen and it offers a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards, the village, and a little bit on the Lake Balaton, too.

Together with my wife, Szilvi, we moved to this rural area to find a new balance in our life. A healthier life, being close to nature and solidarity of the locals was all we were looking for and we found it. We are keen to share this unique experience with other people. If you don’t feel like leaving the house, you can retreat here for a longer period as well. Yet if you want to go, many tourist attractions can be reached within half an hour from the accommodation and hikes can even start from the doorstep. The southern coast of Lake Balaton is also easily accessible by the Tihany ferry, where new opportunities await. Upon arrival at the accommodation, we provide a detailed list of tourist destinations - for some highlights, see below the map. On a warm summer day, jump into the water at one of the beaches of Lake Balaton - and in cold weather, drink hot tea, coffee, or bake gingerbread in the press house... There is a farm table 20 minutes walk away, where you can eat delicious meals at any time of the day. You can even join cooking, baking and farming programmes (for ages of 3 to 99 years). Or you can ask for delivery. With us, you will always find something to indulge in, during winter and summer as well, and you can accommodate at a truly unique place.
