Sweet Home Apartment – Relaxation, Experience & Peace in One Place Sweet Home Apartment is located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in a quiet residential area of Balatonszárszó. Built in 2020, our semi-detached building offers 6 separate-entry apartments, accommodating up to 20 guests in total. 🛏 Apartment Layout: Ground floor: 2 apartments for 2+2 persons (Green and Red) First floor: 2 apartments for 2+2 persons (Yellow and Pink) 2 studios for 2 persons (Blue and Orange) Each apartment includes a private kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The 2+2-person apartments feature an open-plan kitchen with a living room and a double bedroom. The extra 2 guests can be accommodated on a pull-out sofa. 🔹 Who is it ideal for? Perfect choice for families, couples, or smaller groups of friends who wish to stay together, yet enjoy their own space. 💦 Outdoor pool and garden: The garden features a covered, heated pool with a circulation system, and a 35 cm deep children’s splash area. There are also facilities for outdoor cooking – cauldron cooking or barbecue. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness & Community Area: The building includes: – a wellness area with jacuzzi and infrared sauna – a common room with a pool table 📆 Booking conditions – depending on the season: 🔸 High season and peak periods (holidays, school breaks): – The holiday home can only be booked as a whole, as a private house – Pool and wellness use is free of charge – Electricity usage is charged separately, based on meter reading 🔸 Other periods – Apartments can be booked individually – Wellness area available for an extra fee (HUF 25,000/day), with prior notice 🔇 Important – Quiet residential area As the holiday home is in a residential area, bookings are only accepted if guests can refrain from using loud music, party speakers, DJ equipment, etc. Birthday parties, bachelorette events, or friendly gatherings are welcome – as long as the peace of the neighborhood is respected.
