Nomad Holiday Rentals is a boutique holiday rental company that focuses on delivering quality properties and flawless service to Bali travelers. Local to Nusa Lembongan island since 2015, villa owners Jacques & Julie developed NHR due to a natural need in the market. The company is small and proficient, composed of a total of seven team members living both across Bali and Australia. In the spirit of responsible travel and community, Nomad Holiday Rentals is involved in several projects including Lembongan Cleaning. This program aims to actively reduce and clean up waste around the island whilst promoting recycling and is a collaboration between several local businesses including dive centres. A Note from the Owner & Designer: My name is Jodie and I am an Interior Architect & Designer. I designed 353 Degrees North and its interior, two of my most challenging but rewarding years from conception to completion. Global traveller and collector of beautiful and eclectic pieces found along the way. The mismatched floor rugs in the villa were once used in Bedouin tents in Morocco. New additions to the villa include beautiful hand-embroidered Suzanis from Uzbekistan. I purchased these while travelling through Central Asia in 2016.

The Amazing view coupled with the peace & tranquillity. It is my favourite place on earth. Perfect place to rejuvenate the mind and leave the busy world behind. From the roof-top terrace, you have 180 degrees of uninterrupted viewing pleasure from the sunrise to sunset and everything in between. Mount Agung, the highest point on Bali at an elevation of 3031 metres (9944 feet) is directly in view straight out in front and makes for that perfect photo from the infinity pool. 353 Degrees North has art pieces from many of my travels along the silk route in Central Asia, Morocco, Indonesia and from the wonderfully talented local artist Rai who recently did a beautiful mural at the head of the master bedroom to go along with the beautiful Ikats that now adorn the master bed from my recent journey to the island of Sumba in eastern Indonesia. P.S. Check out the amazing pictures to see Villa 353 Degrees North's beauty for yourself. We guarantee it'll spark your wanderlust! IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: Please note that there are construction works in the vicinity that may occasionally generate noise during the day. We have adjusted the rates accordingly and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you are a surfer you can view all of the main surf breaks from the villa roof terrace. Nusa Lembongan is universally acknowledged as a scuba divers dream....or you can experience the magic of snorkelling with the manta-rays....even if you've never done if before!! The villa is a 5 min scooter ride to the beach and the many great restaurants & bars along the beachfront. If you can't drag yourself away from 353°N there are restaurants that deliver. Just to make it easy there is a villa mobile preprogrammed for your convenience to call them up with menus at the villa. "Pondok Baruna" is my favourite and deliver lunch and dinner. The island is unspoilt and has village charm. Once you visit you will understand the magic of Nusa Lembongan. Enjoy :)
