Amban Beach House is located in Amban Village, a coastal community just 10–15 minutes from downtown Manokwari. The area has become known after we built our guesthouse, for its surf culture, and during the weekend and outside wave season local tourism enjoying the sunset at Amban Beach. Our guesthouse is surrounded by a small network of local houses, family-run kiosks where you can buy snacks, fruits, or basic essentials. Within walking distance, you'll find: A few local cafés where you can grab coffee and tasting the local cuisine Small shops (kios) for snacks, drinks, and daily items Friendly neighbors and kids often playing football on the beach at sunset The beach itself is a quiet stretch mostly used by local tourists and surfers.
