Just know something about us and our passion to host; I'm Italian my name Fabrizio, my job as a interior designer and importer of exotic wood furniture took me to Indonesia in the late 90’s, where I met my wife Yuni a beautiful Javanese girl, and in early 2010 we decided to build a guest house, "ExoticA Villa", where we and our children living right in this little oasis in the heart of Canggu! As a result, we followed the standards that Italians and Europeans like when they are on holiday. Obviously, the “magic words” are: RELAXING, CLOSENESS TO THE SEA, STRUCTURE, FACILITIES and LOW COST. Cozy House ExoticA Bali Is an Extra Luxury Villa with 9 bedrooms. Everything is very tidy and cleaned, we think one the most important thing is the cleaning. The furniture is beautiful and in theme with the place Europeans love! Our structure is like a 4 stars hotel, so I don’t promote a Guest House or Home Stay, there are a lot of them in Bali, in fact I promote rooms in a contest of an Extra Luxury Villa, despite this, prizes are largely lower than an hotel but lightly higher than Home Stay or Guest House! From 2016, ExoticA Bali Bed and Breakfast is proposed for Europeans and people of the entire World, as our slogan says, we guarantee these three words: “Sole, Cuore e Amore” (Sun, Heart and Love). You’ll be welcomed and served in an elegant space and at the same time a family environment to let your holiday be pleasant and unforgettable!

Neighborhood info

Our location is in a quiet area without annoying noises, but with a Pacific atmosphere with crickets and a beautiful sea breeze. NEAR THE SEA: our structure is only 1.100mt from the most important and famous beaches in Bali island, such as the Batu Bolong Beach and the Echo Beach. They are very famous for surfing, bathing and long walks while enjoying amazing sunsets.
