The room is in the second floors and there is no lift or eskalator to my room, just tiny stairs. but you can go up with 80 liters backpack (no big suitcase). My room is 4.5 meters (W) and 3 meters (L) with 1 bathroom ( 1.2 meter (W), 1 meters (L) and no hot water. don't worry the water warm, not hot not cold (it's tipically Indonesia (natural) shower water) inside the room: - two beds (120x100) - one water dispenser - gallon - mugs, bowls, plates, spoon, fork. - Fan and Air Condition (AC) - Refrigerator - TV - Internet connection - Private bathroom (shower and toilet) - Washing Machine (shared) - and Sink (shared) PLEASE TURN OFF THE AC IF YOU WANNA GO OUT!! It's make the room price cheaper and "green earth" For those of you who want to order LAST MINUTES, please note that there is no one stand-by here, so it takes us about more less 1 hour to get to this place (depending on the road and rush hour) because we are all working as permanent staff in other company. So PLEASE DO NOT BOOK this place if you do not want to wait. Thank you

My place is on the main street Casablanca, Tebet. near Tebet train station & Kota Kasablanka Mall, the cafe/restaurants, the Malls, the embassy area, factory outlet & 24 hours transportation. Very friendly neighbors and you can stay like a local people. NO PARKING SPACE, KITCHEN, HOT WATER, AND POOL. Rent for monthly and yearly are welcome. also more cheaper (I'll give you discount, of course :) ) WARNING!!! I want to be honest with you guys, for those of you, who are very sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. Indonesia in general and Jakarta in particular are the noisiest country in the world with "praying call sound" (they will start it 5 times (at 3 am until 5 am, 12 pm, 15.30, and 18.00 until 20.00). You can't avoid it and I can't help you with this. So I suggest you stay in a hotel that has soundproofing.
