Pancho Llamas created the first Pink Hotel in 2011, starting with Padang-Padang in Bali then extending to the Gilis. He had been working in the hotel industry for over 35 years, travelling around the world for top international hotel chains. Starting as a humble receptionist, years of hard work have led him to become a Vice President of Operations at a leading luxury hotel.
