Our property is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood in Nusa Dua with plenty of daily conveniences nearby. Within just 2–3 minutes’ drive (around 1 km) you’ll find Mr. DIY, KFC, and A&W Restaurant, making it easy to grab a quick bite or shop for essentials. For leisure and sightseeing, stunning beaches like Nusa Dua Beach, Geger Beach and Mulia Beach are only 5 minutes away (about 2 km), while Bali Collection shopping and dining complex and Museum Pasifika are just 10 minutes away (around 3 km). Popular attractions like Water Blow Nusa Dua and the Devdan Show at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre are also within 10–15 minutes’ drive.. Puja Mandala is also very near by walking distance.
